Haa, brilliant! fox family portrait, they couldn't have been better posed if you'd tried :-)

Location
This photo was taken in the middle of my small town of Brighton Ontario. Mother fox built her den under the lawn bowling clubhouse between the beer store and grocery store. This litter had 9 babies to care for.Time
I took this late as the light was dropping fast. I sat in my van for quite a long time and was just about to go home when out popped the whole litter. My house was about 5 minutes up the road so I visited the den a number of times before mom moved it.Lighting
The light was falling fast so I had to shoot as fast as possible they did not pose very well.Equipment
I used a Nikon D7100. The lens was an older 80 to 200 mm Nikon. I shot at the 200mm focal length F 3.5 Iso 400 1/250 secondInspiration
I love photographing nature so when I saw a Fox had a litter of 9 in the middle of town I had to check it out. The town put up a strand of tape to keep them safe and everyone just kept their distance.Editing
I shot in Raw and used photoshop to process the image. I used curves to add contrast. In my camera bag
I have three camera bodies a Nikon D850 the D7100 and an older model the D300 which I had converted to infrared B&W. I have a Tamron 150 to 600 the Tamton 90mm macro a Nikon 50mm 1.4 and 80 to 200. plus a few more.Feedback
Never give up be patient and ready for the moment. I waited for the four to line up and made a chicken clucking noise and for the moment they all looked at me and sat pretty.
