Reflections of mountains in the crystal clear lake water.

Before the first road bends to Vršič, stop for a short break at the Jasna Lake. It consists of two interconnected artificial lakes at the confluence of the Velika Pišnica and Mala Pišnica streams.
The area around the lake offers nice trails, but you can also enjoy fishing since it is a well-known fishing district. Of course, fly fishing is the only type allowed.

Behind The Lens

Location

I tool this photo at lake Jasna in slovenia.

Time

At sunset.

Lighting

I was waiting for the sunset so that mountain peaks will reflect beautiful orange light of sunset.

Equipment

Canon 6D with canon 16-35 and Haida 10 stops ND filter on Manfrotto tripod and a wireless trigger.

Inspiration

This is a lake that every one likes to shoot. But there are not a lot photos taken at golden hours so this was my motivation.

Editing

Yes i did some adjustments in Lightroom but nothing minor. Things that i do allways...reduce highlights to bring out sky and boost shadows and contrast, add some colors with saturation slider, lens correction and i think thats it...

In my camera bag

I will allways take everything that i have with me... Canon 6D Canon 16-35 Canon 24-70 Canon 70-300 Canon 50 Tamron 90 Haida filter kit Manfrotto tripod Wireless shutter realise Flashgun and some other stuff that i need or not haha
