This Captain Jack Sparrow (a friend of mine) shows up to entertain kids that are cancer patients (and their siblings) at the Camp Sunshine Dreams Sail Day on Huntington Lake in the Sierra Nevada. The camp is sponsored through Valley Children's Hospital. The kids love him - he's been an important part of the Sail Day tradition since 2007.
