Almost unbelievable! This is "picture perfect". Lol Truly amazing art! I'm a newbie and look forward to capturing shots like this! 5 stars for sure! You must be proud.. Did you teach yourself photography or did you get training? I'm teaching myself right now and reading a lot of websites... Not as easy as I had hoped and it's hard teaching myself... Did you do any editing? You don't have to answer that if you wish!

Location
The photo was taken in the amazing Amsterdam Canals, Damrak zone.Time
The best time to take amazing photos in Amsterdam is the blue hour before sunset. No people and no boats ruining the perfect mirror reflection.Lighting
The problem about the blue hour before sunrise is the windows lights. Usually You will find less houses lights turned on than blue hour after sunset.Equipment
Canon 6D + Canon 24-105.Inspiration
Amsterdam is always a great inspiring place for me. I've been there plenty of time and I always find spectacular canals, corners and buildings to shoot.Editing
Color, contrast, details and this photo in particular is flipped horizontal. In my camera bag
I use Nikon D750 + Tamron 15-30 + Nikon 24-120. Rollei tripod and Nisi filters.Feedback
Don't be a copycat, look for your own city vision and your own compositions. Wait for the boats stops and be patient. Don't try to shoot at night, Amsterdam is a very dark mood city, you will probably get all the tiny lights blowed out and the dark part totally underexposed. Enjoy!
