Everything was a dirty white colour due to the slush on the water.

Equipment

Canon 1DX, 600mm f/4.0, on tripod

Inspiration

A heavy snowfall overnight had left a large amount of slush on the surface of this bay where a large King Penguin colony lived. The penguins were unable to swim very well through the slush, and the Leopard Seals took full advantage.
