Location
I took this photo at Webster's Falls in Dundas, Ontario, Canada.Time
It was a beautiful summer day, in the mid afternoon.Lighting
Just the use of natural light, with the warm glow of an afternoon sun.Equipment
I used a Nikon Coolpix camera, no tripod or other accessories.Inspiration
This view of the Falls, is one that has since been cut off from the public. Too many people have fallen, injured themselves or needed rescue. Knowing it could be my last time to have any access to see the cascades, I made sure to capture it as close to the edge without crossing any fences, barricades or barriers.Editing
No touching up or processing at all. This shot is straight out of the camera. In my camera bag
I am still starting out in my hobby, so the basic camera, added lens and mini tripod are always in my bag.Feedback
Use the natural light to your advantage, and shoot in landscape mode or water mode. Experiment with those settings to see which you prefer. I prefer landscape.
