Behind The Lens

Location

Photo taken in my backyard just after I bought my first DSLR.

Time

The photo was shot late in mid afternoon.

Lighting

The backlight that highlighs the fur of this flower caught my attention. The backlight just goes throught the flower highlighting the beautiful colors.

Equipment

I used a Canon 1100d with a Canon EF-S 55-250 is II Lens.

Inspiration

This was a very simple small flower but the prespective and light gave it an extra dimension that drove me to take this photo.

Editing

Just some colour enhancing.

In my camera bag

Depending on the situation I can only take my small Canon G7 X if it needs to be light and discreet or my Canon 80D with a Tamron 24-70 f2.8.

Feedback

This kind of photo is easy to obtain, you just have to look for the wright prespective and light. It´s a tiny flouwer in the garden, but I manage to find this unique backlight and a far backround so It would be completely blur.
