Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo on the edge of a farmers field in Kent

Time

I took this shot just below sunset, the sun was low in the sky and perfect for trying this shot

Lighting

I wanted to shot a different type of poppy image, I spotted the sun through the plants and knew I had my shoot

Equipment

I used a canon 5d mark III, tripod and a Lee .5 no filter

Inspiration

The image of the poppy is a very strong image I wanted to represent this in this image

Editing

Post processing included HDR to be able to expose the sky and the poppies I then finished the processing in Lightroom

In my camera bag

Canon 5d mark III, canon 7d mark II, manfroto tripod, Lee filters, remote shutter release, canon flashes, spare batteries, canon 18-75mm lens, 75-300mm lens
