It was on a busy street corner so there was plenty of lighting from the shops, street light, and traffic.Equipment
Camera (Canon T1), 18-55 mm lens, Manfrotto tripod, no flash :)Inspiration
My friend met the love of her life and they decided to elope. They bought their tickets THAT DAY to fly THAT NIGHT to Cyprus to get married. On their way out the door to the airport she realized they didn't have any "engagement" photos, which she really wanted. She called me at work and asked me if I could meet her in 20 minutes to take some quick photos of them before they head to the airport. I ran home and got my camera and met them halfway between my house and theirs. We snapped this unbelievable and quick shot and they jetted off to the airport. Nine months later their son was born.Editing
Barely any. I did a post crop vignetting and a bit of color enhancement, but VERY little. In my camera bag
Canon T1i camera, external flash, 18-55mm lens, portrait lens, telephoto lens, extra battery pack, ND filter, battery charger. Camera bag was a goodbye gift from my coworkers when I left my last job.Feedback
White street lighting, if possible, or colored light. Yellow street lighting doesn't look good at all even after processing. For long exposure shots, a tripod is absolutely necessary. You must tell the subjects to hold completely still if you're photographing people in a long exposure shot.
