Currently I'm working on a series about dance. For this series I'm trying to shoot as much as possible in the studio of our associationTime
Normally I would use a backdrop for this series but this one was shot in the afternoon on a hot summers day, therefor we've opened as many windows as possible and used the outside as backgroundLighting
For this picture I've used only one studio light @1/4th power to compensate the outside lightEquipment
As always I used my Canon 5D MkIII in combination with my EF 70-200mm f2.8. The flash that was used is my Godox AD600BM and was trigged by the X1 transmitter from GodoxInspiration
Working in a studio makes you think about which picture you want to make. For this series I wanted some motion in my pictures. The inspiration came with the motion from the hair and skirt.Editing
For this picture there was a basic post-processing necessary. In Lightroom I've adjusted black- and whitepoint, cropped to get the right compositionIn my camera bag
Inside my camera bag there's my Canon 5D MkIII, the Canon EF 70-200 f2.8 and a EF 24-105 f4. The additional light I'm carrying around is the Metz Mecablitz 58 AF2Feedback
Make up a scenario before the shoot and use all skills necessary to come to the desired results
