Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in the patio of the photo academy where I studied. Marie is my fellow student and during a pause this shot "happened".

Time

It was in the late afternoon during our coffee break, around 4.30pm

Lighting

It was a cloudy day and only a tiny sun ray came out of the clouds and hit Marie´s forehead

Equipment

It was shot on a Canon 5d mark II with a 70-200 lens, f4.0

Inspiration

To be honest, it was a snapshot while fooling around ;)

Editing

No I did nothing, it simply was perfect.

In my camera bag

I am still a Canonier...I have three Canon bodies (5d mark IV, mark II and a 60D) and a lot of cool lenses, my favourite at the moment is the macro 100mm f2.8, cause it has an incredible high image quality.

Feedback

Don´t overthink all the technical aspects of photography, it comes anyway with experience - just have fun while you are shooting.
