While working in the Dominican Republic, one night I went outside to grab my clothes from the clothes line when I heard , amid the pouring rain, a loud croaking sound. After about 10 minutes of searching I found this rather large Tree Frog huddled within a palm frond. Since I only had the one 100-400mm lens for my Canon 5D camera, my only option was to run back in the house, and grab my flashlight and Canon Powershot. With the flashlight positioned uncomfortably between my neck and shoulder, I was only able to capture a couple of shots before the flashlight ran out of batteries. This was one of the shots I got. It just goes to show that sometimes to capture the shot you want at a given moment, you just have to make do with what you have.
