Behind The Lens

Location

I shot this photo in Gulf Shores Alabama At Fort Morgan. I am a self taught photographer, taking photos of anything that catches my eye

Time

This indeed is one of my favorite photos. Taken in the early afternoon, catching light and shadows. I especially like the colors of the brick and one arch after another.

Lighting

I used natural lighting.

Equipment

I used a Nikon D7000 with a Nikon DX AF-Nikkor 18-105nmm135-56 GED lens. No tripod or flash.

Inspiration

What inspired me was the beauty of the fort and the history behind it.

Editing

I had to correct the white balance.

In my camera bag

At the moment I have the one lens and a telephoto lens.

Feedback

Go in the early morning or early afternoon for the best lighting at the fort. Also not so busy.
