This photo is a few years old but one of my favorites we were driving to my in-laws in Oregon when I noticed the face in the tree , almost caused an accident pulling over to get out to take the shot .Time
Mid day over cast as usual for the Pacific NorthwestLighting
OvercastEquipment
This was shot with my Canon SX50Inspiration
I just thought the face in the tree looked really great , since than I have actively looked for faces in trees and other natural objectsEditing
At that time in my photographic journey I didn't really do any Post but looking at it now I probably should have :DIn my camera bag
I normally carry the camera (7Dmk2 or a7III) with one lens if I'm birding/nature shooting the Canon 100-400L on either camera . For travel I really like the 7DmkII with a Tamron 18-400Feedback
Keep your eyes open , most of the time faces just pop into view when I'm not looking for them
