Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo from Luna Park Sydney.

Time

Around 5:30 pm during blue hour as I wanted to have small light from the sky.

Lighting

Its all natural light from this one and this shot was a long exposure shot and I also changed the white balance to shade just for the golden effect of the yellow lights that come from the rides.

Equipment

I used canon 7d mkii and tokina 11-16mm together with tripod as well.

Inspiration

I really want to capture a magical image and I thought that Luna Park with its rides will give me that and it did not dissapoint me.

Editing

I did basic light room post-processing for this image such I adjust the shadows and highlights.

In my camera bag

Inside my bag you can normally find my canon 7d mkii,tokina 11-16mm,canon 70-200mm Is and tripod.

Feedback

Always bring a tripod if you want long exposure or light trails like this, find the best angle,shoot where there is still light in the sky,used remote or self timer to avoid camera shake,be patient and never stop shooting until you get the best shot.
