Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at my husbands cousin's property. Husbands dad lived there for a couple of years after his wife passed. Property has been in the family for many, many years.

Time

I heard it was going to be burned down and needed to preserve it in a slightly different way. Late afternoon.

Lighting

I shot in B&W and did adjustments later.

Equipment

Canon EOS Rebel T6s with a EFS 18-55 lens.

Inspiration

Memories and I could envision how I wanted it to really look.

Editing

Yes I did post-processing. I removed surrounding trees and layered the background in of the storm and lightening I had captured a few years ago. I wanted to make it very dramatic and I think it worked!

In my camera bag

two Cannon cameras, two lenses and batteries.

Feedback

Imagine what you would like it to look like. Don't be afraid of of changing it up using photos that you have already taken.
