Behind The Lens
Location
This was shot at Lyon studios in Epsom on Thames making use of all the equipment they hadTime
This was taken in the afternoon, it was raining and quite cold and overcast so natural light was not really an optionLighting
The studio had a very large Octabox roughly two meters across .....the idea behind the shat was to over expose slightly around the edges and then use reflectors to illuminate the model Rachelle ,,,, after some balancing out of light and using two reflectors mounted either side mounted on lighting stands I managed to get this imageEquipment
camera was Nikon D3x with a 70- 200mm F2.8 lens large octabox and two reflectors to fillInspiration
I come from a film background and this was quite fashionable back in the 70's ...I like to copy old styles in digitalEditing
some cleaning up and and a little croppingIn my camera bag
