Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken near Reggio Emilia in an installation of which I captured only one detail

Time

It was evening and the light was fantastic. I managed to take a few shots before the sunset ended and the light was no longer enough

Lighting

The perfect light lasted a few minutes. All in natural light using the heat of the setting sun

Equipment

I used my inseparable D750 freehand

Inspiration

The construction was very interesting both for the lights and for the colors so I stopped to study it from different angles designing the shot I would have done at sunset with the right light

Editing

I developed the raw trying to emphasize the contrasts and colors that were already present in the shooting phase

In my camera bag

In my camera bag I cannot miss the D750 the 24-70 2.8, the 50 1.8 and the 100 - 400

Feedback

Stop to observe what surrounds us. Take the necessary time and go around the potential subject trying to study all the possible shots. It is also fundamental to preview the light that will prove to be the best to achieve the desired result
