I took this photo in London a few weeks ago after just coming back off holiday. I had never shot in London before and i had a spare few hours so to me it was mad how many skyline buildings the city had.Time
I think it was around 3-5 am. Me and a couple of mates hired out borris bikes (no idea what they are really called :) ) and rode around to see as much of London as we possible could in our small time frame. It was extremely cold and hard but struggle is normally what makes the best adventures.Lighting
Sadly I didn't have a tripod with me as I just got off holiday so I had to shoot hand held :( It wasn't that bad as i used a high ISO (even tho i really dislike grain) but it allowed me to capture this shot.Equipment
I used a Sony A6000 with a 50mm at 1.7.Inspiration
Well we were very gritty and tired looking so I could not take these nice photos :) so I had to go for a more rebel and gritty style photo. I was really happy with the end result though so I would not change anything.Editing
I am one of thee people that over edit a lot :) so I could not say what I did exactly but I guess its just trial and error with everything. In my camera bag
Normally I just carry my camera, then two lens as i dont like to carry a lot with me at one time. I usually bring a 50mm or 30mm with me tho as I love to shoot people and sometimes capture landscape with them in as well.Feedback
Just find a nice back drop and just shoot, shoot and shoot. There is no real advice I can think off when I think of helping people but self improvement by trial and error. Never give up and if you like what you shoot, dont let others its worth any less than you believe it to be.
