Location
The photo was taken in Pyrénées Mountains (France). I was hiking with my friends and I always take my camera in my bag. When I saw this light in the trees, I knew it will be a great picture. A lot of clouds where here at this time and it was like someone or something just pushed away a small part of them in order to act like I could do in my studio and make trees in lights.Time
I’m not sure because it was several years ago but I think it was in the end of afternoon. Clouds were going away bit by bit and sun’s light was very warm.Lighting
I just wanted the picture was like I saw. I’ve just enhanced colors a little bit.Equipment
My camera was a canon 5Dmk4 and I used a 70-200F2.8 IS USM lens. No tripod neither filter were used.Inspiration
In one word : LIGHT This is probably what photographers say most of the time but it’s true. I only shoot if light is beautiful or make things awesome ???? May be it was like I could do in my studio ????Editing
Just a little post processing on colors enhancements. In my camera bag
It depends ! My 5Dmk4 was always in my bag of course and my 16-35F2.8 too. But this time there was my 70-200 in my bag and not my 150-600 !Feedback
Advice … well I don’t know… Yes : take always your equipment even if you don’t plan to take photos ! You never know if you will see something you think interesting ! Take picture with your heart… not really with your eyes and sometimes only with your mind without your camera… Being ready to shoot is the photographer’s key most of time but it’s also important for me not to shoot and just contemplate what it could be a great picture.
