In Troy, KS. August 21st around 1 p.m. several students took a trip to see the total eclipse for 2 minutes and 38 seconds. Barely any for the eclipse was able to be seen due to the storm we were having. It finally cleared up right before totality. It got really dark and everyone cheered as they were able to see the totality. It lasted for a brief minute before the clouds hit again. Street lights turned back off and it started to lighten up. I was lucky enough to get this shot. For the first time of viewing a solar eclipse, I'm pretty proud of my shot.
