Behind The Lens

Location

I keep a coloring book and pencils at work. This particular day I emptied my pencil sharpener on a piece of paper. This is what came out and I snapped some pix with my iPhone.

Time

Sometime in the morning when the lighting at my desk tends to be more even.

I have a window at my desk. This was taken with natural lighting.

The only post processing I did was to crop the part that I liked the most.

In my camera bag

My usual equipment consists of a Pentax K3 with several lenses. My favorite are my 100mm macro and my 200mm telephoto. I find that fixed focal length lenses challenge me to be more creative with my point of view and they tend to take a sharper image than zooms. I also use my Sony alpha in situations when I don’t want to be bogged down with heavier equipment.

Feedback
