Of the thousand words that come to mind, two stand out: simply beautiful.

Write a comment. Thanks leareneesmith for your comment, it gives me more comfindance to keep taking more photos. I sometimes think my pictures are not as good as I would like, so to receive a positive comment is just fantastic so once again thank you.

Location
I took this shot in a park in the city of New Plymouth, New Zealand.Time
The time of day I think was around 12.pm/ 1.pm not sure really it was a few years ago now.Lighting
It was a beautiful sunny day, but the sun was hidden behind some large trees so basically the lighting was just perfect for the shot. I was rather pleased how this shot came out...Equipment
I was using a Canon EOS 1000D on a tripod, I know it may not be the flash camera that some people have but it works for me.Inspiration
Took 1 look at this scene gave me a sense of peace and tranquility, I was the only one there at the time of taking the shot...it felt like this place was left vacant just for me so I could take this shot in peace...Editing
The only thing I did was increase the color tones just a little bit that's all...In my camera bag
Not much, for me camera with a 18-55 lens a 55-250 zoom tripod a couple of spare batteries.Feedback
When it comes to advise, I'm a little bit reluctant to say anything because of a " incident" a few years back. I was out at this beach at dawn to photograph the sun coming up over the ocean. There happened to be another man there doing the same thing. To cut the story short, ask what setting his camera was set on, he got nasty told me mind my own business....
