I like very much your black and white gallery, your capture of the "grit" of the urban environment, faces intent and full of concentration, often on work tasks and your use of light to convey the oftentimes "hard scrabble" urban fabric.

Great decision to make this black and white, suites the scene perfectly!

Not much post process, I worked on the clarity and contrast and switched to B/W...In my camera bag
I try to be as light as possible and choose my lenses in function of what I plan to shoot over the day. On my FF camera I love my 16-35 lens and my 70-200. Or just go out with only one prime. . I don't know why but I don't use so much the mid range focal lengths. I also own a Fujifilm X-T20 that I love to be discrete and light...Feedback
For low light photography a tripod is a must. Disable auto ISO and choose a low value. Use a remote control to avoid movement of the camera. A little lamp can be useful in the bag.
