In this image, I have used two border styles. I very rarely use only one nowadays. Since discovering how the process works, I now usually prefer to overlay two or more in any of my photo uploads. I am rarely satisfied with the photo editing options available, so I create my own (I'm pretty sure I'm not the first one to do this! lol). In my mind's eye, I generally like to see frames around a picture-photo, as it appears to tidy the image up, and completes the package. Even so, there are several image styles, that don't necessarily require borders-frames. My earlier uploads had no borders, but now that I have taught myself how to use the appropriate programs more diligently; It appears I have caught the photographer's bug. Along with shooting photos, I have also developed a penchant for digital photo framing, along with photo editing. I am resonably sure, that there is no set rule (I think!), that requires one to frame an image, especially as some captures with good perspective, may already contain border-like structures within the compositions themselves. They therefore don't require any form of framework and tend to be able to stand alone on their own merits. I have learned so much since becoming a member of Viewbug and can't wait to learn more. This is all so exciting and so much fun! Cheers Alice :-)
