I had lots of fun with this image using Several Effects and many Overlays including Brokeh overlays as well as the use of two Borders. This was my second attempt, as I had spent hours with one yesterday that I thought was stunning, but the program failed and I sadly lost it :-- . This time I have saved at every stage completed. I really would like to recreate the previous version, but I believe that will be difficult. I won't give up and will keep trying though :-)
