Location
While roaming the streets of Cleveland, OH I walked into what I thought was a mall, at least it used to be. The Galleria is now a hotel with plenty of extra amenities in the old shops below.Time
This was a day trip to Cleveland. I remember that the sun was starting to go down and was hoping to stop for something to drink at the food court. Boy was I shocked.Lighting
The lighting within this building is not very bright. It definitely sets the mood well.Equipment
For this shot I used my Samsung n910v. It is a point and shoot digital camera with wifi.Inspiration
When I walked into the Galleria I could not help but stand and stare in amazement. Everything from the natural beauty of the building to the low lighting within was and inspiration.Editing
I got lucky with this shot. Everything fell right into place and there was no need for post-processing.In my camera bag
I always carry a camera on me. Even if it is my cell phone. However in my camera bag is my trusty Canon Rebel T5, 45mm lens, 18-55mm lens, 75-300mm lens, an extra battery and SD card. I also have a new external flash that I have yet to play with.Feedback
Every city or town is different, travel a little. I had never been to Cleveland, and on my first trip I found this gem. If it makes you stop and stare at the beauty of whatever you are looking at, take the photo.(as long as its legal of course). If it is beautiful to you, that's all that matters.
