Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken on the floor in my home studio in Chernivtsi.

Time

Most of such type of photos we are doing with the team in the evening when all are free from their everyday work and there is some time for creativity, we can say that we relax and have fun making such shooting. This picture was taken March 6 , 2015 at 10:46 PM.

Lighting

Lighting scheme is very simple here, there is 120 cm diameter softboks "Octagon" above models

Equipment

This was shot on a Canon 550D withTamron 17-50mm F/2.8 XR DiII VC for lighting use flash Mircopro EX 600 Mircopro 120 cm diameter softboks "Octagon" without grid

Inspiration

I was looking for something new and interesting for future photo sessions . And makeup artist Anastasia Bernyk offered me to make 2 different creative photoshoots. Already next day we started to work eventually 2 shooting in the final stream of fantasies and inspiration turned into the one unit image.

Editing

In this image I did toning and added a little sharpness in Lightroom and then transfer the images in Photoshop removed a curl that was on blonde model hair then made a little frequency separation and final i made some dodge and burn

In my camera bag

In my backpack I always have my camera Canon 550D also Canon 50mm 1.8 l often take photo with the Tamron 17-50mm F / 2.8 XR DIII VC For more creative shots and interesting bokeh I use Helios 44-2, and last my lens in my bag is Rokinon 8mm F3.5 Fisheye. Also in my backpack there is always a flash Yongnuo YN560, two pairs of batteries and a reflector Mircopro 5in1 80cm diameter
