Location
"I took this photograph in Zermatt, Switzerland. I won a free tour from Trafalgar through a photography contest. I tried to capture every single detail of the trip. The Matterhorn was one of my favorites."Time
"This is one of my favorite pictures from my trip. It was right after I took cable carts up to the top of the Matterhorn. One of the locals told me that is is very rare to see the tip of the Matterhorn that clear, with no cloud coverage."Lighting
"I was very lucky to have such good lighting, and very few clouds. The tip of the Matterhorn if very often covered by clouds."Equipment
"I shoot with a Nikon D7000."Inspiration
"I was just in love with Switzerland. My mom and I made a pinky promise that we would come back to see the Matterhorn one day! I just wanted a picture of the mountain to hold me over, until I go back to see it again."IEditing
"I did very little post-processing in this image. I just adjusted the brightness and contrast a little bit."In my camera bag
"I shoot with a Nikon D7000. I love my fisheye lens and my fixed 50."Feedback
"Travel. Go to every part of the world you possibly can! And always try to get up early and go to bed late."
