The Heart Nebula (ic1805) and the Soul Nebula (Westerhout 5), in the constellation of Cassiopeia. Both nebula lie in the Perseus Spiral Arm of our Galaxy at a distance of around 7500ly. At its given distance, the Heart subtends around 330ly in diameter. The Soul Nebula subtends 327ly at the same distance, so they are substantially larger than the Orion Nebula. Both nebula lie near the galaxies Maffei 1 and 2, but both galaxies are obscured by much dust and are not visible to the naked eye, which they would be otherwise. This image was taken through a Samyang 135mm F2.0 ED UMC Lens using a ZWO ASI1600MM mono camera and RGB filters,

Pic taken with t80 (iTelescope, EEyE), 90 min RGB.
