On a hot summer day, after 6hrs of driving into the plans and jungles of India, with only Montagu Harriers and Painted Sandgrouse keeping us company from time to time, finally, a pair of Indian Fox pups playing around caught my & my guide's attention. On seeing us they went into their dens and slept for approx 3 hrs. We knew a Vixen or Tod had to be out hunting food for these tiny tots. So, we waited to catch a glimpse of either of them to appear with regurgitated meat for the pups. We were blessed by exactly the sight we wanted. After clicking them for 1 hr, we rode back home thrilled.
