I was in St Louis shortly after they redid the museum and grounds. I didn’t realize at the time that normally at this time of night it would be lit but because of the construction was not on this night when I got the reflection of the city lights on the Arch. I went back months later hoping to try this shot again only to find it all lit up with no reflections. I feel very fortunate to have captured this unique site.
