I found this tiny hoverfly (5mm - 7mm) roosting together with other flies and bees early evening on the wilted flowers of my Bulbine frutescens. I didn't use my flash, because sadly my sensor is dirty. I cranked up my ISO and shutterspeed and the end result is very true to the light seen by my naked eye. Their eyes are simply amazing!
