Photograph taken I believe last October right before I opened this bottle. Belle of Dayton released their first ever whiskey back on January 21, 2021 and I stood in a long line in the freezing cold to grab a bottle for myself and my uncle haha Notes from Belle of Dayton: “This rare 4-grain, white corn, pot distilled rye whiskey is made up of just four 53 gallon barrels that average over 4 years old.” I know these ran out at the distillery pretty fast after I got them. It was a super delicious whiskey and hope they make some more soon.
