Location

Near Winterset, Iowa at an alpaca farm. It was bitterly cold but that didn't matter because we had so much fun. I was surprised to learn that alpacas have rectangular pupils and I couldn't resist a shot.

Inspiration

These beauties were so much fun to be around. The caretakers were amazing! Alpacas aren't cuddly types of animals, certainly not "pets" but that didn't stop me from falling in love.
