I took this photo in my front yard. My husband planted the Cosmos seeds beside the steps of my front porch. It is a funny story. I kept thinking it was just a weed because it was growing, and growing and got nearly 7' tall and no sign of blooms. It was an eyesore. But it did finally begin to bloom and what beauty with the tissue paper petals and ability to sway with the wind standing so tall. When I saw the honey bee, on the flower it was automatic ..it just made sense to make a memory of it.Time
I can't remember if this was early morning or midday when I got this shot.Lighting
Nothing to share about lighting. It was a beautiful day.Equipment
I am hesitant to say that I used my Samsung S10e phone camera. It does shoot really photos.Inspiration
As soon as I saw the Honeybee buzzing around the flower I sat quietly in wait for it to settle. It's the chain of life in a sense that the honey bee will pollinate and other flowers are created.Editing
No post prep.In my camera bag
The same, Samsung S10e.Feedback
The only advice I have is to keep vigilante and alert. Always look for good photo opportunities. You can find them in some very peculiar, and strange places as well as just the common areas.
