I'm lucky to get a wee variety of mushrooms in my garden. This is a Meadow Waxcap, Cuphophyllus pratensis, most often found in low-no pesticide, mown grasslands. It is edible, and one of the more common waxcaps, but waxcaps are generally declining in Europe so many decide to leave them for everyone to enjoy and so they can spread their spores.
