Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken behind the “Steele home” in Lake Scott State Park in Kansas.

Time

This photo was taken at the end of the Golden hour on a beautiful fall Sunday.

Lighting

Not really on this photo due to being taken in the shade to create automatically the cool tone I had in mind for the picture.

Equipment

I used a Canon Rebel T100 with a 55-250mm lens.

Inspiration

My sister, what can I say, she is a perfect model. Beautiful in mind & spirit.

Editing

I edited the color scheme into a slight burlesque framing over a cool down of the color.

In my camera bag

I always have my 55-250mm lens that I use the most but I also always back an 18-55mm lens just in case. Along with those I pack a variety of add on lens and color lens to impact my work.

Feedback

It’s all about posturing your model in a way that conveys the scene but also flatters them in the perfect way to fit the scene you are trying to create.
