Location

This photo was taken in September of 2020 @ Wilson Lake just north of Wilson, Ks. My exquisite model is my younger sister Amelia Borell, she had graduated from NCK school of nursing in Hays, KS in May but due to covid it took us what seemed like forever and a day to get to graduation pictures but when we did they came out spectacular.

Time

We arrived at the lake about five o’clock decided what our plan of action was and as the sun began to set over the lake we started shooting.

Lighting

Always just trying to keep the lighting in a direction that made her skin glow.

Only post processing done was accentuating the yellows and a feeling of the shadows.
