Accomplice and instigator to commit a crime an old pvc aquarium recovered from the cellar, shelf of the "you never know", here you have an artistic nude photo: "The dive of the three Graces: Aglaea, Euphrosyne & Thalia". Very, very pretty girls, aren't they?

Location
This photograph was taken on the terrace of my home studio where the water, which I certainly would have poured out in large quantities, could not do any damage.Time
I confess: I was feeling extremely lazy! I didn't want to use any flash and in the late spring afternoons the terrace is always flooded with light; at 5 o'clock pm the sun was in a favorable position to illuminate the scene and allow me to use very fast shutter speeds, useful for freezing the action. That's why I mounted everything outside: the set, the tripod and a black background; I tried the image I had in my mind with various seasonal fruit but the best result was obtained using some big strawberries. This photo was taken on May 6, 2021 at 5:11 pm Italy local time.Lighting
"Brother Sun" is often underestimated and, with modern cameras, raising the ISO value is no longer an insurmountable problem. Using the flash would certainly have been easier, but I wouldn't have obtained the same "natural" effect.Equipment
Here I used Canon EOS 5D Mark II with Canon EF 50mm f / 1.4 USM lens, ISO 1000, f/8 @ 1/2000sec. K&F Tripod and RS-80N3 remote switch with the natural light offered by the sun on a spring afternoon.Inspiration
I like to observe dynamic situations in which I can capture a moment that strikes the eye and the imagination; accomplice and instigator to commit my crime an old pvc aquarium recovered from the cellar, on the shelf of the "you-never-know", and a basket of berries (strawberries, raspberries and blueberries). Looking at the (many) shots on the computer screen, this one in particular made me imagine the "three graces", Aglaea, Euphrosyne & Thalia as they plunged into the crystal clear waters of a lake surrounded by a forest ...Editing
This year, after a life-time with Photoshop, I switched to Serif Affinity Photo for all my works (even if I always try to start from a shot which is already originally good in order to apply the fewest possible corrections); in this image, I limited myself to retouching the black of the background which, hit by the sun, was not as black as I would have liked it to be and I applied a slight crop of the image to cut out the outer edges of the aquarium. In my camera bag
In my bag, in addition to the Canon 5D Mark II camera body, the faithful Canon EF 50mm f / 1.4 USM, which has become my lens of choice, is never missing; in addition I often use the Canon EF 70-200L f / 4 and the cheap Canon EF 28-105mm USM. As a flash I use the Canon Speedlite 580EX (and the Canon Speedlite 430EX as a "slave" of the 580 when useful) and a K&F tripod. As a "spare body", I have a Canon 5D Mark I. Nothing exceptional but all extremely functional.Feedback
When I set up a photographic set, I try to visualise in my mind which image I want to obtain and even if I already know that it will never be exactly like this, it helps me plan the operations to be carried out. Images like this, where seizing the moment is essential, require, above all, a lot of patience and more than a few attempts. And a bit of luck? That always helps too!
