Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken in my little studio near the beach in St Kilda, Australia.

Time

n/a

Lighting

I used one strobe with a large soft box. Nothing too fancy.

Equipment

Canon 5D MkIII and a 24-70 lens. Tethered to the computer using lightroom.

Inspiration

The model mentioned she had rabbits and the idea just popped into my head.

Editing

Yep. The model brought 3 rabbits with her but we only used 1 rabbit. All 4 rabbits in the photos are the same rabbit. The model lay still while my assistant placed the rabbit in different places. Then I used photoshop layer masking to reveal each rabbit in the image.

In my camera bag

Feedback

It's a fun process. Just give it try.
