Location
This particular photograph was taken in my friends living room. The power had gone out due to a lightning storm so we decided to collect all the candles which were scattered all over her apartment. Since I was not certain where exactly to search for the candles, I asked her to bring me what she had, and that I would light is up. So as I was waiting for more and more candles, I had some time to kill so I decided to do up a photoshoot on her coffee table. Turned out to light up my day even after the storm. Thanks! Cheers.Time
This photo was taken at approximately dinnet time, so I would say 5 o'clock-ish.(Ha, if you must know, it was a Sunday.) Our food was put on hold til the latter part of the evening due to the storm that had cut off our power for a while.Lighting
The only actual "lighting" in this photograph was the candlelight. The power was out for a five block radius, so the only way one could see would be to have a flashlight or in our case, good ol' variety candles.Equipment
I utilised my cellular for this shot. It had a cracked screen and no flash due to low battery.Inspiration
I love taking a variety of photos with different lighting techniques. I had some time waiting for my friend to bring me all her candles, so like I said, I decided to have a mini-candle-photoshoot.Editing
If I understood a little more of what post-processing actually meant, I could probably answer this question a little better. Neeeext please;)In my camera bag
My cellular which has a cracked screen and 8 megapixels.Feedback
It does not matter how fancy-schmancy your equipment is although, I'm quite certain it could help, it matters on who is behind the lens. Pictures can be taken anywhere! There is never not a time to capture an image. You can worry about the editing later. Sometimes, you only have a small window of photo-op, so take the darn picture already! What are you waiting for?
