An easy walk from the parking lot got us to this awesome view point, so we expected a lot of people watching the sunset. But we were all alone. After finding the composition and setting up the camera for an all night time-lapse, eating cucumbers (good life) and sesame cookies, we slept on the ground nearby.
Later in the night, a headlamp and the sound of screeching metal woke us up, and a guy with a black bag approached us out of the dark forest, walking towards us.
It was a tripod bag and he's a photographer - creepy folks. Lifehack:
Let people know that you're harmless, sweet and swag, and carry your tripod without a bag.
