This is probally one of my favourites images. We planed to climb a wall where whe have the milkyway just behind, and we went to that place arund 23.00... My brother and my friend start climbing the wall and I was behind with the camara waiting that the climber arrives to the Milky Way. Around 2.00 was the best moment and I capture this imageLighting

Usually night picture requires a lot of post processing. On this image i just give some contrast tho the sky and Milky Way and I adjust the colors.In my camera bag
The first thing I always pack is my Sony A73 and my favorite lenses to make night photography are : Sigma 14-24 f.2.8, Sigma 35mm f.1.4 and Sony 50mm 1.8. I also pack in my bag the Samyang 14mm 2.8 because it's manual and sometimes this helps me if I want to introduce lights or change the focus during the pictureFeedback
Climb it's a sport where you really have to pay atention to all the security things. Don't try this picture if you're not going with professionals. Go with people that is really prepared to do this without risking their lives.
