Shooting into the light can be risky when aiming for a good composition. But sometimes that risk is worth it. Like this shot of the Australian flag. It has a certain grace about it as well as drama! If you look closely you can see the beautiful texture of the thin, worn material flowing in the wind and the cotton coming off the edge of the flag from wear and tear. Of course the sun behind the cloth gives the whole composition terrific impact.
