On the last day of my trip to Austria, I searched the internet for a waterfall that might be near me. Luckily, I found the Gollinger Waterfall was only a twenty-minute drive from the house we were renting. We decided to driver there after we checked out. The parking lot is down a narrow road in a small town and you must pay three euro to walk up to the waterfall, but it was well worth it. Heavy rains upriver caused the waterfall to be very heavy and loud. A wind came from it making the trees along the river look like painted ghosts with the slow shutter speed. That would bother some, but I think it works. Kind of gives the trees a ghostly look. Mist from the water fall continuously covered my lens adding to the challenge. Well worth the visit if you are ever in Salzburg.
