This photo was taken in my sisters garden. I usually carry my camera everywhere I go and decided to take some photos of her amazing flowers.Time
I took this late May afternoon in Otautahi ( Christchurch) Aotearoa (New Zealand) The light was pretty perfect. It had rained earlier in the day.Lighting
It was a cloudy day with the sun just peeping through the clouds now and then so the lighting wasn’t too harsh but just enough to give it that glow. There has been a brief rain shower moments before I took this photo.Equipment
I just used my camera a Nikon D3200 A-F S DX VR Zoom Nikon 18- 55mm f3.5 -5.6GInspiration
It was the way this one peacock Daisy just seemed to be popping out above the others and the shimmer it had from a previous rain shower.Editing
No, I just tweaked the exposure slightly. I had focused in on the one Daisy. In my camera bag
I usually just travel with my camera and the lense of the day. I do take my bag containing other lenses and a tripod if I am going to take some serious photos.Feedback
Keep your eyes open and try new things.
