This image of the Palouse was shot on top of Steptoe Butte.Time
It was taken during the late afternoon in the spring of 2021Lighting
It was taken in natural light.Equipment
I used a Fujifilm 100s, with a 250mm lens attached to a 1.4x extender. I did use a tripod. 277mm ISO250 @ F/10 1/7 secInspiration
The long afternoon shadows that stretch across the Palouse landscape.Editing
I use a Skylum product to correct the white balance when needed. I will occasionally tweak the saturation an image.In my camera bag
I use a Fujifilm 100s medium format camera. I usually pack a 23 mm, a 30 mm, a 45 mm and a 110 mm. I also bring a 100-200 mm zoom, and the 250 mm with the 1.4x.Feedback
