White wallabies are Bennett's wallabies (Macropus rufogriseus) with a rare genetic mutation that gives them their white fur. Some are albino with white coats and pink eyes, ears and nose. This shot was taken on Bruny Island, Tasmania where there is reportedly 20-30 white wallabies in the wild. Unfortunately this image was taken early in the morning in very low light and at a distance however I consider myself very lucky to have seen one in the wild.
