This was taken in the afternoon when I had a bit of natural light shining through the window.Lighting
I found it challenging to light a subject so small (haha), since he was on the floor and my lights were a bit too high. I had to adjust my iso…etc. to compensate.Equipment
I used my Canon Mark III, 50mm lens & 3 lights.Inspiration
I was inspired by my bearded dragon’s spikes and textured skin. There is so much character and the patterns are incredible.Editing
I post processed this image using Photoshop. I converted it to black and white and used a lot of dodge & burn.In my camera bag
I alway carry my 50mm…my favorite lens.Feedback
